Our registration

Helping Haven Pty Ltd is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our registration number is 4-XXXX-XXXX. You can verify this on the NDIS Commission’s Find a Registered Provider tool.

NDIS Practice Standards

Our supports are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards. The Standards cover rights and responsibilities, governance, provision of supports, and the support environment. We hold the Core Module and the supplementary modules relevant to the supports we deliver.

Code of Conduct

Every Helping Haven worker is bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct. The Code requires us to act with respect, integrity and honesty; deliver supports safely; provide supports with care and skill; act promptly to manage risk; and respect privacy.

Worker screening & training

Every support worker holds an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, a Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR. Before their first shift they complete training in our Code of Conduct, manual handling, infection prevention and trauma-informed care.

Incidents & reportable events

We maintain an internal incident management system aligned to the NDIS (Incident Management and Reportable Incidents) Rules 2018. Reportable incidents are notified to the NDIS Commission within the required timeframes.

We collect and hold information about you only with your consent and only what we need to deliver supports safely. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
