- Volunteering, work-readiness experiences and meaningful days out.

- Participants who want to get out of the house more — but want company and support to do it safely.
- Participants whose plan includes Assistance with Social and Community Participation, or Innovative Community Participation.
- Families wanting their loved one to build real friendships and a real community footprint.
