How our local teams work

Everything in this hub is free for participants, families, support coordinators, advocacy organisations, schools, councils and other NDIS providers to read, quote, share and link to. We only ask that you credit Helping Haven when you do.

If you’d like a printable PDF of any guide, or a culturally-translated version, send us a message via our contact form and we’ll send one across.

How our local teams work

Each service area has a small group of support workers who live in or near the suburb. That means fewer no-shows, deeper knowledge of local cafes, libraries and parks, and the same one or two faces showing up for your roster.

If you don’t see your suburb listed, send us a message anyway — we frequently take on participants in adjoining areas where we have a worker nearby.
